What am I doing wrong?

yeah it just takes more patience dude especially since your doing gaming which is easily one of the most competitive genres on youtube.

you have a good channel, but i think cause you are a gaming channel its harder for you.. there are so many and so many samey ones.. you need to REALLY stand out .. maybe do something more along the lines of smoshgames with shows and stuff? or include a facecam like pewdiepie?
your stuff is good though so dont loose faith i know how you feel with my channel too
 
Facecams will be the death of me :L the way I see it I want people to focus on my game and commentary not my face. Plus I'd say that's been done now more than straight up commentary thanks to PewDiePie. Box4Box is when you put a channel in you featured channel box on your featured page and they do the same in return.
