What am I doing wrong?

I've been uploading regular content for 4 months and I get barely any views and only have 25 subs. I advertise wherever I can and make regular content that the few people who do watch tell me is good but I don't feel my channel is progressing? Any suggestions??

Well the first thing is, you don't have a channel layout :/
You don't have a logo or banner ... So you could search a good professional designer, you pay him and makes you a professional channel layout.
You could also use some attractive thumbnails so people will actually watch your video

I just created my own banner, simple and to the point, there are people offering help on this site to create banners and logos, or download your self a free image manipulation program to create your own, there are blank banner templates out there for you to work around

Yea, but I prefer to pay designers because I really like professional work if you understand me ?
I know there are people that make that for free but I like to start with an professional channel layout

yes i do understand, i was just using your quote to help lucy out, as you said she had no logo and stuff, and for definate if you can pay for some works go for it, people like myself im limited with no paypal etc, unless i knew somebody close by, i guess more options open up as you grow and meet new people, as a starting point though at least just try to get something out, the more work you put in the better

Yeh for now I'll be better off trying to do my own! Just need to work out what I want! Also need to get my WiFi sorted so i can organise my homepage, I'm in the middle of moving house!

do it yourself! when you look at your channel in a years time you want to be able to say "wow. look what i made" not "look what i made, apart from that bit that i paid for. oh and that bit"

plus doing your own channel art makes you a better designer, and thus helps with your thumbnails, you can update your art anytime you want, and it won't hurt your audience when you don't have a large amount of subs. i think i am on my third iteration of my banner/logo

Yea, I'm good at making thumbnails and I'm also an 3D / 2D intro designer but I paid an other designer for my channel layout because that was a good way to save some time to focus on other stuff.

I like your videos. I agree with the other commentators that the organization on the front page will help. Also, maybe it's just me, but the video seems to be a bit on the bright side. I do like your personality and what you're doing with the video. I hope that helps you! I left you a sub and some comments.
