It's not the low number of views. It's considering that 90+% of his views is from a mobile device. Good indicator that it's botted.

As for Google not caring. The last layout change there was a petition and there were plenty of signatures and they didn't return it but they did schedule meetings with partners to see what they can do to make it more acceptable and more suitable for the Youtuber. So although they won't switch back they will listen and make changes accordingly. I was part of the meetings back in 2011 for the cosmic panda change and they made changes not long after that.

Any more than 60-70% mobile views is a 99.99% chance of being botted, plus with no interactions (like,comments etc either?)

Yeah I know, like I said he does look botted but the 400 views one doesn't stand out to me because 400 is next to nothing lol. I just found it funny that he singled it out.

I'm not saying he didn't bot. It does look like he botted but 400 views is nothing is what i'm saying. Look at his more viewed videos. not a 400 viewed one.
