Please universe, stop doing minecraft lets plays.
Its like there is no creativity anymore, everyone just copies each other and does MC lets plays.
The fact they are doing lets plays like the other 95% of YT is beyond me.
Share your thoughts.
 
I don't think its the fact that they are so overdone, but the majority of people who make Minecraft LPs are very young, with bad video/audio quality, dubstep intros, little to no editing and constantly beg for people to subscribe to them.

Minecraft itself on the other hand is actually a good game - it's just that its 8-11 year old fanbase gives it a terrible light.

And I agree with Tommy, everybody should be allowed to make whatever LPs they want. On the other hand I agree with BenRekt, the little kids who make Minecraft videos and push people to subscribe to them, and their delusions of grandeur, are really, really annoying. Like to the point where they've almost ruined Minecraft itself for me, 'cause all I can think in my head when I play is "plz subscriibe to mai chanel plz."
 
I agree people can make whatever videos they want but they do get very annoying when they start moaning their channel isn't growing.

I always see them tweeting Youtube asking them for a shoutout. Erm yeah, good luck with that.
 
Minecraft let's plays were fun back around 2011 when SeaNanners, FMIGaming and paulsoaresjr made Minecraft videos.

I haven't watched or played Minecraft in years.

I have watched a Minecraft channel since 2011, and their content is actually good lol
But I see where you are coming from with all these kids that are making videos.

I personally don't watch those channels, so they're not really an annoyance to me xD
 
The gaming YouTube scene is oversaturated, the amount of Minecraft videos of that scene even more so :P Not to say I don't enjoy Minecraft anymore as I'm quite happy to still watch Achievement Hunters' Let's Plays but I can totally appreciate how people would find it annoying!

Like so many have said before though, people should make what they like :D It's their channels!
 
Don't know if it's been said already, but Minecraft was the second most searched term on YouTube in 2014, after Music. No doubt it'll rank similarly this year, too.

The network is absolutely huge - and with people like CaptainSparklez gaining millions of subs via his Minecraft videos (and buying a mansion from his earnings), it's easy to see why people are jumping the bandwagon. The gaming community on YouTube is enormous, so everyone wants to be the next big thing.

I don't personally care for Minecraft myself - nothing against it; I just never really got into it - but I can totally see why people are doing it. If you know people are looking for it, it makes perfect sense!
