What kind of voice acting are you looking for? A male or female voice? Gruff or light? is this for a character in the video or are you just looking for someone to do a voice over for your video? More information would be cool.

Male or female it doesn't matter. I don't need a character voice, I just need a narrative type of voice. I don't want too much grit in their voice.
