Views Gone Down Recently?

Hello,

Has anyone noticed their views going down recently? I went from 1300 / 48 hours to 250 / 48 hours. Please help me understand why this is happening.

Views usually go down Monday - Thursday for us. They peak in the afternoons during the week, but still lower than weekends. Since the target demographic is 2-6 year olds, it makes sense that kids are doing stuff with their families during the day, then catching up to videos in the afternoons and evenings. This is more pronounced during school times.

During weekends the views are higher overall, as kids get on their devices first thing Sat morning. Since you're a toy channel like us, you may just be experiencing similar view cycles. It may also be due to the algorithm picking up your 2k+ videos for a few days and putting them into suggested, then taking them off suggested, hence the traffic drop. Sorry can't help out more you've got your video stats hidden.

There is no understanding in YouTube. YouTube's audience are people. People are pretty unpredictable when it comes to watching videos.
Usually this is nothing but just for a small while.
Wait a li'll longer and keep doing your best at your videos. The views will return.

I agreed

Mine have been going steadily down since a week ago. 3 things happened around that time.
  1. One of my videos that got around 12,000 views per month got taken down.
  2. I decided to improve my thumbnails and updated almost every one.
  3. I deleted an old video that had 150k views because I have an HD version of it and I forgot to delete it before.
But of course, it can only mean that my new thumbnails must suck.

My views are going down too. Maybe try a different thumbnail maker like Pixlr or Panzoid? Just try to keep improving with anything that seems low quality. Good luck with YouTube!

I am updated most of thumbnails too. Still wait for miracles :)

I wish you guys the best of luck.

Does anyone know where we can post links to specific videos and get feedback on them?[DOUBLEPOST=1468624506,1468624480][/DOUBLEPOST]
