View count frozen for days now.

My first video (and only video) that went over 150 got stuck for a very long time on view count before being updated. Since that glitch though it has been updated as other videos were. It is nearly at 1000 too. Makes all my other videos look terrible lol. But yeah I think it is just the system checking you out to see if the views are legit etc. Don't know if you are having the exact same thing, but it could be similar at least.

yeah - it seem quite relaxed about my other videos performing to that level now - lol my videos getting 150 views is hardly a level to brag about :D

It really is though. I checked your channel and you are doing consistently well, that's my idea of perfection to be honest. Definitely better than being that person with 2000 subs and 10 views per video you see all the time.
 
yeah, I know they are super common, but I honestly thought youtube almost abolished this. thats why they got rid of the 301+ thing?

I mean I dont want to get too excited over the real time views, because they are just an estimate... im just hoping they update soon, I want to know they are real views lol or i refuse to believe XD

I've been stuck on 8,421 views for like 5 or 6 hours. I'm guessing they are still counting the views as the real time analytics are going up.

do you get stuck views now also? I havent uploaded in a few months so i donno if things have changed. I just dont see the point in getting rid of the 301+ and then freezing on a number anyways XD

i want the hype to be real lol this is the best a video has done for me in under a day in the history of my channel, so im really excited :3

My most popular video never got stuck so maybe you just had thousands AND thousands of people watching it.

I hope so!
 
Whenever my views have got stuck it is because the views are irregular to my channel. So the first time I got over 500 views and then the other day when I got over a hundred views in the space of 2 hours along with around 12 subs in that time (yeah I am tiny). I think it is just Youtube checking to make sure you are not doing anything dodgy, as you said this is the most succesful you have been. (By the way I checked your channel out earlier and loved it, I love the Twitch plays Pokemon especially so you deserve the success)

yeah maybe because its a bit more of an unusual spike than i normally get, I hope it all checks out okay soon!

Hey!
Not sure if this is meant to be posted here but i was unsure on where to post this thread.
I dont know if anyone else is having this problem but my youtube views seem to get stuck on a number and they dont update, but then i go to real time and it shows a different number that the channel views.
Also some youtube videos i watch from other youtubers pop up with an error message but if i reload it, it plays fine.
Dont know if these are related.
