Depending on when you did that, you made one hell of a mistake! You WERE making money but YouTube STOPPED reporting YouTube earnings through anyplace but the Analytics section of your channel back in spring of 2012 sometime. You've lost hundreds of dollars you will never see now, and all because you didn't read the YouTube Partner updates which come to your email box, or go up to the Creator's Blog to check for system updates.

Even worse, there may not be a way to reconnect your Adsense...so your chance of earning at all may well be lost. If I were you, I'd go up and ask some questions...

I've already had this set-up with Adsense for awhile. I can re-enable it whenever. Also, some unlisted video that ain't mine just got me a bunch of money

Not really, ads turn people away, it would hurt him more than it would help, he wouldn't even be making that much anyways. besides, you only get paid for every $100 you make.

That's funny...I get paid for every $50 but then again I am with a MCN; which reminds me, I have three cheques I need to deposit Monday...so I don't think the ads are turning people away that much.[DOUBLEPOST=1386415457,1386413450][/DOUBLEPOST]Glad you worked it out in the end, sickmind; I've looked over your stuff and I like your sense of humour...but I think you have exactly the right name there...lol!

When you're small yes it does, ask @Wreckless Eating. And his channel only has like 5k TOTAL views.... You have a few 100k.

Uh...Chase...I think you may not have looked at Wreckless Eating's channel much lately...lol. There is no way on Gods's green earth that someone who has 200k in subscribers has only 5k views! Heck his channel trailer has over 41k...who is this you are talking about? Certainly not the user you linked here...look for yourself! That channel has 10k TIMES the subscribership I have.

And in case you're interested...about this time last year I had only just gotten up to 600 or so subs, but I first monetized when I had less than 200.

Do you know what a . is? It's means you end a sentence... I know Wreckless Eating has 200k subs, I'm friends with him. @sickmind33, the one this conversation is about is the one that has 5k views.... I was saying you can even ask @Wreckless Eating about how ads hurt you....

A: Yes I know what a period is. I just happen to love this thing called an elipsis (...) B: Do you know what a thing called "context" is? In that sentence pair, you made no reference to sickmind33 at all, thus making it seem as though you were saying it was Wreckless Eating who only had 5K in views. And yes I will do that, even though I don't think the ads hurt me or him (sickmind33) at all. How many views you get is partially based on how popular you are with your chosen market after all; and even when I had only 195 subscribers, I could still pull a couple hundred views minimum per week.

I also didn't see sickmind33 asking you to defend his position; he sounded perfectly capable of doing it himself to me.
