Vertical iPhone video .. need help!

Does anyone know how I can edit my vertical iPhone videos to show up full screen? Here's a link to the video so you can see what I'm talking about.

I know in movie maker it has a 2 options for video screen ratio maybe play around in a program that allows you to chage the view.

Idk if you can upload it via bluetooth to a computer and rotate it in a video editing program?
