Upload Quality Problems?

YouTube does that. It's mostly noticeable for me when there is a lot of movement going on. Stationary shots look pretty crisp, still no where near to the source footage which is 1080p 60fps 50M

I got told YouTube compressed it to 30fps?
or can it now do 60fps?

I upload 30fps to save the file size for upload.

60fps is a thing! Just looked into it
