Welcome to YouTube you would be surprised how people actually manage to find some of your stuff. I was the same way when I first started YouTube, I would just upload and leave it there come back the next day without doing any promotion or marketing and what do you know, people found it, watched it and commented it even got like 4 or 5 subs out of it. I didn't know the significance then but I wish I had of sticked with my original channel back in 2011/12
