Do you use only tags in the main video language, or do you add also their translations ?

To be honest, I am also interested in this question. Sometimes I saw how high-frequency tags were added in different languages on TOP channels with universal content. I am sure there is some benefit. But I would like to know, can someone have a more detailed understanding of this issue?
