Too shy to record my voice for my videos.....

I know for me when I'm watching a video, I really couldn't care less what someone's voice sounds like. I do the same for me I don't love how my voice sounds either, but obviously you may not. You're probably just over thinking it, people watching your videos won't be as harsh as you are on yourself. If you're really not comfortable then just don't do it. You're the judge, it's YOUR channel. Does it really matter in the end though, give that a thought too:) Do what makes you happy or makes you comfortable. Whatever that is, is the right choice:)

And if people DO judge you for your voice, they'd be the minority and most people would think "What a douchebag, dude can't help how he talks". Might even go in there and tell the person to shut up.
 
I agree with everyone. Everyone usually hates their own voice. I hate mine, but when I go on Twitch and stream I usually have someone saying I have a good voice. Then again, I have had like one person tell me my voice is boring. They even still wanted me to collab.. XD Do you man, your voice is unique and nobody should hate on it. If they do, its just because they are jelly!
 
I do not only record my voice, but also speaking in a not native language (I'm Italian). So, if you fund awkward your own voice recorded, your voice speaking Another language is at least awkward the double.

I honestly love reading and hearing broken english from people who don't speak it very well. I just think it's, admirable they are trying, and it's fun to see how people can get our language wrong from the perspective of someone who is still learning it. Like when you said "Is at least awkward the double" I thought it was really funny in a good way. In case you're curious it would be more correct to say "it is doubly awkward to say the least" but I find the way you put it to be fun and just... I dunno why I like it I just do. I speak broken spanish and I know how hard it can be so I enjoy seeing it from the perspective of a person learning english :)
 
There is this guy I know who does gaming videos called Fisenburg. He does Let's plays with facecam and English isn't his first language. But he is very popular! Give it a try, you won't know until you try :)
 
Just go for it. I started with no commentary as well and it was hard when to begin but you'll get used to it and it's a lot more fun.
 
I also feel like my voice sounds weak etc when i record it for my video's but i feel like its Just something i gotta get used to, its new so i think if you Just keep doing it you get used to it and it will get better in time
