Too shy to record my voice for my videos.....

I don't like my recorded voice, it's sound very weird.. That's why I have been uploading videos without my voice but now my viewers keep asking me to share my voice description.. English is not my first language so, my accent is little different too. So, I'm really confused right now,I don't know what to do. What you guys suggest..?

Don't be afraid, everyones voices sounds different when it is recorded, you just need to get used to hear your voice. For the part where English isn't your first language, as long as you can speak English it should really not be a problem, maybe it might sound a bit weird at first but as you get used to it it will become okey

But I know what you mean. When I started I didn't record my voice, but soon realised it was essential. you get use to it and thought "what are the chances of ever meeting anyone that's seen my videos. ."

The reason everyone's voice sounds different is because we hear our voice from the vibrations in our skull which gives it a much warmer softer tone. As soon as you hear a recording of yourself you naturally hate it because the one your used to hearing sounds way better. This happens to everyone and believe it or not, the more you hear recordings of yourself you will get used to it too. No one at this point in your life has said you have a weird voice, chances are no one online will either.

one thing I have learnt since I started my channel is that you tend to think more about how you appear to others than anyone else done. Look at people that vlog in the street. I am a big fan of iJustine. Do you think she cares what people think as she walks down the street. She is a little wacky and not the sort of person you would miss if you saw her..

You seem to have a good fan base so think you should embrace the voice and let rip..
