Tips for getting subscribers...?

Well, the better your channel is, the more subscribers you will have. I can´t tell you how to become appealing on YT, but i can tell you how to make yourself better than what you are. One small step in that direction would be to upgrade your mic. I barely can hear you. I generally don´t subscribe to channels with bad audio. That screams "amateur", and i don´t like it. Production value is very important. People need to hear you loud and clear. You can have bad image, but you can´t have bad sound.
 
Words of encouragement: I began this whole thing about a year ago :) and 9 months in i had only about 185 subscribers as of October. Than for some reason weird reason just one video went semi-viral (over 20k views) and since then I've gained like 200 subs a month. So what I'm saying is just be patient and keep working youtube is weird in that one video can give you lots back. There aren't really a whole lot of things you can do besides producing the best quality of content you can. :)

Thank you for the encouraging words! I am trying really hard, and I have wanted to make videos for such a long time :p

Adding with all other valuable comments I am going to talk about an important one this time that worked with me in recent times though I am still small with 167 subs.:p.If you are getting lots of views and your videos are great then the thing you are missing out is giving the reason for the people to subscribe.I checked one of your videos.That was great.But the thing is people don't know what you are going to come with in the next video.You have a bigger target audience.You should take a look at the youtube channel Video Creators.He makes videos to help people out on youtube.You will find out that narrowing your targeting audience is really important.Specially when you are small.Target a smaller audience at the start.That way people watching your videos or checking your channel will know what type of contents you make and if they need to come for similar things in the future and ultimately subbing to your channel.And another thing is if you could just tell them about what the next video is going to be.And if that video is similar to this video then he will definitely subscribe as he/she knows he needs to come back for this.Also 26 subs is good for the start and small time.But hopefully this advises will help you with your future video planning and viewer engaging.

As much as I agree with what you've said splinter I think how you've put it is a bit harsh, everyone has parts they need to improve on but we need to be friendly about helping each other[DOUBLEPOST=1424655076,1424654511][/DOUBLEPOST]In part to what splinter said and what I've mentioned Jaimie, we are all improving every day with our and if someone turns around and says differently they're lying :P The best way to learn how you can improve is to ask people you know will be honest to give their opinion. I personally ask my sister to watch my videos as they go up, she then gives me an honest opinion of how it could be improved and what is good! (She's a youtube addict:D) I would recommend that as a start, and of course if you see anything that you can improve on then by all means do it! Splinter is correct in saying that audio is important, as is video. I use my iPhone 5C to record and if you look at one of my videos it is by no means perfect, but it has a fairly goo quality to it. But come the time when I have the money I will buy a better camera and an external microphone. If you are looking to improve sound quality then I would recommend getting an external mic (Blue Snowball's are a fair price and excellent quality), and recording audio alongside the camera, then muting the video audio and lining the externally recorded audio with the video :D (Very long winded but I hope it makes sense)
