Tips for getting subscribers...?

I've Got It
I have noticed that even though I am getting more views then I thought I would, I don't have many subscribers to show for it. I only have 26. I share my videos on all of my social media sites and even tag certain people that would be interested in my content. Do you have any other tips? Thanks! :p

There is no specific tips really, i have one video up so far and have 21 subscribers xD Just being yourself helps, have confidence (which im terrible at), good editing (again im terrible at), have attractive thumbnails etc :) Helping people out around the forums might convince them to check out your channel as well :) tip: dont spam on other peoples videos, instead leave a funny comment, sometimes people will laugh and be curious about your channel without you even having to tell them to check you out :D

I definitely don't spam, I know how much I hate it. My editing skills aren't the greatest but they are getting better as I go on. I am going to check out your channel. I do beauty and makeup videos so I don't know if they would keep you occupied lol

Well Im glad you don't spam! :) Just keep up the practice with your editing skills and im sure they will improve, we all have to start somewhere after all! Thank you for checking out my channel :D I'm sorry that beauty/makeup videos aren't my thing but im sure that if you keep it up you will grow an audience! :)

I had a look at your channel and you've got 26 subs in 3 weeks, that's good going! You basically are doing everything you can, starting youtube is a slow process so don't let not gaining as many subs as other people get you down! I have got 29 subs in 6 weeks, and then I know someone else who got 22 subs in 4 hours after their first video! It is completely random, you just need to find the audience for your videos and entice them in, some people will watch a few of your videos before subscribing too! Nonetheless don't let it get you down :D One thing I would suggest form looking at your channel is that people like schedules, so it might be best for you to schedule when you will upload each week so that people know they can sit down at the same time every time and watch your latest video :D[DOUBLEPOST=1424530438,1424530286][/DOUBLEPOST]Also like Adam said the people on this forum are very helpful, and if you post on enough forums people do check you out, after 2 days of joining YTtalk I had gained 12+ subs, just from getting myself out there and chatting to people! We are all here to help each other grow so it only makes sense that we all check each other's channels out :D

If there was a magic formula i would definitely buy it, in a year and a half I've only managed 52 subs so the numbers you guys are talking about are awesome. Just keep at it, it takes time...or so i'm told haha!

Comment on other videos, be yourself, be consistent, put out good quality content regularly. People won't sub if there's nothing to be notified of, like a new video :P

It mainly boils down to working with others, and letting that be a way to share your content as well. I'd advise seeking out some like-minded individuals you can work with, and see if that helps.

Speaking of which, if you ever decide to collab, let me know. I'm always interested in finding new people to work with.
