Tip for channel 300k with low CPM

Hello everyone, I have a problem I'd like to solve thanks
to your advice.
I have an active channel of 300k subscribers, with more than 2 videos per day of 1-2 minutes. (during the week also 2-3 videos of 4-5 minutes).
Months ago, my CPM was $ 2
In July, I had a meltdown and the CPM went down to $ 0,89, now it's still the same.
How can we solve this? Despite this, 3 days ago I received more than 900k views seen per day but with poor gain.
How can I increase CPM?
I'm without network. Would you recommend me to sign with a CPM ? If yes Which?

Your CPM has lowered because of YT ads boycott which started several months ago. We all see the drop in earnings since then.
In addition, your videos are very short, what provide you with low ads rates.
