Thanks everyone for the advice i guess i should be find I did message the creator of the font and he said bebas nueue was free for commercial use and thumbnails on youtube.

Anything* created is copyrighted, no matter what all the aspiring lawyers say on this thread.

You don't need to be an aspiring lawyer or anything else to grasp the limitations of copyright on typeface. All it takes is basic reading skills.
