Last time I check my retention rate was at about 29%. I still have some work to do I think so hopefully that gets better

My average for subscribed and not subscribed is 52%. Subscribed 60% and unsubscribed 49%... is this good?

Based on the Youtube average, yes that's good.

Yeah my Retention rate is pretty bad (20%), because I upload ~50 minutes long videos, which are not really intended to watch in full, even though I know some of the guys actually do watch them. Will see how it goes when I start doing vlogs and other (actually useful) videos
