The perfect video length

I would keep it around 20-25 minutes. You can always divide footage to make it a 'mini-series' and upload even shorter than that, like at 7 minutes, which is a good length.

I then try to cut those videos down to several 15-20 minute videos, but sometimes I just can't get the editing to fit around that time. I pesonally think 15-20 minutes is a little long. Im an impatient person so I like videos short and sweet. I think the 7-10 minute mark is good. ALTHOUGH saying that, yesterday I watched an 1 hour and 30 minute YouTube video. So if it is entertaining enough, you can keep it longer.

Yeah. I've started editing my videos to be about 10-15 minutes each now xD instead of the 15-25 I had before xD
 
Hey man,
I just had a quick look on your channel and I see that you put a lot of effort and time to grow...
But you have little to no view for all your hard labor.. You should reconsider the type of video you make because Let's Play will not help you for the time being.
You should instead make for example First 20min of a new game, post it the same day of release and build your suscriber from here !

AND THEN, make some let's Play.
(How about your tags ? Are they accurate ? )

To stay on topic, TV show has already done all the studies about lenght of a vidéo. Look out there, how long is soap ? A Drama ? An anime ? Stick to that ! People are used to that on daily basis !
For "easy" suscriber, make short and funny video ! (around 3min) It helps a lot !
 
Try to keep your videos more around a 10 minute length, more people would rather watch a shorter video. And that also mines you can split your sessions up into even more parts so you will have more videos which means more views and possibly more subscribers :)
