The 'I Got Partnered with RPM' Thread

I never signed anything, that's signing a contract. I was applying for partnership not signing a contract with them. So I'm not legally bound to anything
They`ve changed the apply process so you now have to "agree to the terms" while submitting your application.

RPM know well that people will skip it thinking it`s terms and conditions and not a legal document...

It's not a legal document if i click an I agree button. Contracts need a witness. And technically what your saying is rpm knows people won't think it's a contract so they are falsely getting people to sign a contract unknowingly? That's entrapment which is illegal
It`s a contract, it says sign your name here...

Yea I do, but I wouldn`t have any luck proving it...

Well you did see a contract and you did accept the terms by checking a box and that's what you always have to do to accept all of the ''Terms of Use'' and more... So I guess it could work... But I don't know, I'm not a lawyer X)[DOUBLEPOST=1365293982,1365293891][/DOUBLEPOST]

Well it worked like this: We had to enter our names before we started and then a customized contract was shown and by customized I mean that our name was listed on the contract. Then we checked a box which said like ''Do you accept the terms?'' and that was it.

Yep, that`s signing it, it`s perfectly legal, RPM would have got a lawyer to approve it.
ATV and Zoomintv do it the same way, it`s much quicker like that.[DOUBLEPOST=1365294105][/DOUBLEPOST]
I didn't sign anything
If you applied before like a week ago, then you wouldn`t have as the application process that includes signing is new.
It used to be that they sent you an echo-sign contract by email.

No signature therefore not legal. And everyone has to have a lawyer approve their terms and agreements not just contracts
With signature do you mean that you didn't use a pencil in real life? Because apparently writing your name counts as the same thing... ''eSign'' or something. You did write your name in the beginning of the application process didn't you? And your name stood at the top of the contract? Yes?
