The 'I Got Partnered with RPM' Thread

They've changed their requirements from 84 views per day to 0, I am an RPM partner and after this would not recommend them at all.
yeah, last week I emailed them as to why my channel was rejected and their response was that you needed 2,500 views per month. I had no idea their requirements had changed drastically. Looks like im going to stay away and look for another network, thanks![DOUBLEPOST=1365188186,1365188120][/DOUBLEPOST]
First for your amount of Subs and views 2 year is the best you will get. If you want to wait and keep building and try with a network when you get mor views and subs you can do that.

I was under the assumption they required something liek 4 video's a month.
for you it would be 50/50 split on the revenue.. again if you build more of an audience and views that will change and get better.
thanks! I will work on building my audience for now.[DOUBLEPOST=1365188391][/DOUBLEPOST]Thanks for the feedback everyone! So it looks like I won't be joining RPM. I'll just work on growing my audience. Anyone know of other good networks out there? Fullscreen seems like the ideal network now.

Nothing he just commented alerting everyone of RPM's contract and how they have changed it.

Edit: Reina how's the outro's coming along?
Still working on them. Trying to come out with 3 at a time. :)

Its quite a long story, I basically just told them what they are doing is terrible and the contract they offer people is terrible. They responded saying they offer different contracts and they encourage people to read it and stuff blahblah. I responded by them saying you know people are not going to read it and frankly you are just exploiting smaller channels with terrible contracts.
Have they replied to that yet?

MattZ,
Does more partners means lower CPMs? Just a question. Im trying to catch the points. (i don't know the story whats happened to RPM recently)

Vu Nguyen,
I do not think you need to create Adsense account, anyway Fullscreen Support will tell you if its needed, but i do not see why you would need Adsense as long as you are partnered (i hope im not misguiding you)

Opps. I have made adsense account. Should I cancel it?

Has anyone else received an email saying that they have lowered the bar of their partnership programs requirements. I'm now eligible and just need to find out if i have been accepted into the partnership!

:)

So many people have, but the contract has changed, its a 50/50 split of earnings and a 2 year lock in, so I declined it, as 2 years is a long time to be with one network.

Pretty much everyone has. Don't do it. They partner everyone now. And the contract they offer is terrible.
