The 'I Got Partnered with RPM' Thread

Awhile? GreenGully said he banned you yesterday ... it's like a 5 day ban for ignoring moderator requests so you'll just have to be patient. Sorry.
I havent been able to go on socialblade for like 2 weeks wasnt me he banned lol

RPM have changed their contract I believe. They only offered me 50% and a 2 year contract. I don't think that it something I am committed too and I could probably get more somewhere else if I grow my channel a bit.
When did you join them?

I just received a 60/40 contract from them today, so they must still be offering them out as well. I'm not sure if I actually want to get into it or not though. Can anyone here actually say that it's extremely beneficial to partner with RPM, it seems like it might be more trouble than it's worth.

Oh wow ;o lucky you

They are great! I am under a network called, N4Gtv, which is a sub-network of Maker/RPM. RPM get good adbuys because Maker is one of the largest networks. I usually recommend people to build up their channel to meet N4Gtv's requirements, then try applying. From my experience, N4Gtv is absolutely terrific, and RPM is awesome as well!

Now they have recently opened up to letting channels with extremely few views to no views, to get a partnership. That kinda sucks. The contract is apparently 50/50 for 2 years. HOWEVER, I also am hearing that it is just going to be another level of contract. So, if you are a very small channel, that will be their contract for you. If you apply and meet the requirements above 2500 views per month, you will receive the 60%/40% rev shave contract for 1 year (which in my eyes is way better.)

Maybe wait awhile before you apply anywhere, and also think about if you want to wait and build up your channel some more. :)

RPM is great. Fullscreen is great. It comes down to what you want. RPM support is getting a bit slow. If you are joining a gaming network, I would recommend looking at some of their sub-networks who will give you better support. (Way better.) Fullscreen has those Gorilla Ad Campaigns but I hear it's not as great as it is. Someone told me that they have a fixed budget every campaign, and a lot of the bigger YouTubers who are involved in the campaigns get most of the money. It's also kinda weird advertising people's channels or stuff in your videos in between. :P It sounds cool though. RPM and Fullscreen seem to be the best YouTube networks right now in general. RPM recently made a new contract today which is apparently 50/50 for 2 years. I am pretty sure this is another level of contract. If you get over 2500 views per month, you can still get a 60%/40% split, for 1 year! Which is great consdering Fullscreen is 2 years. Just read your contracts and read the contract length. :)
