I don't really have too many thoughts on them myself, that's for you to decide. The big thing to ask yourself if do you think you'd be hitting the payout threshold in you're time there with the views you get?

I don't think your contract has changed, as I believe it's illegal for them to change it without letting you know. I believe it only affects newer partners.

I would imagine all already existing contracts wouldn't have changed. I'm pretty sure it'd be illegal otherwise
