The CALIFORNIA of your country?

YTtalk Mad
So I was just sitting here thinking about how the bigger YouTubers always collab with each other, because when you get famous you move to California and everyone is there...and in America, California is the place to go to get/be famous.

It got me thinking, does every country have a "California?"
I know there's a ton of YTers from countries all over on here, and I'd just like to learn a little bit more about the world/the places you guys live. ^_^

hmm I'm not sure I guess Ontario Canada for me, mostly because we have Toronto and Ottawa here which are pretty well known cities in Canada. Like some pretty well known cities in the USA are in California

Well, if we are talking about Britain, probably London, but for Scotland specifically, a lot of people are from Glasgow :)

The California of my country is....California. :p
On the east coast, I guess NY is an equivalent.
Hells yes. NYC is the California of the east. I wish we were still living there. I would have had so many more opportunities not only on YouTube, but in the working field as well (WWE internship).

Yea, I would say Toronto/Ontario is the California of Canada. Vancouver and Montreal are close seconds.

WWE internship?
They have those opportunities in NY, Connecticut, and I think Jersey. You can earn college credits from the internship too. You go to shows in your area and work backstage doing little things here and there. Probably things like getting them coffee or whatever, but hey. I'd be working backstage at a WWE event. Mind = blown.

That's really cool! I'd look into it, but I'm not a huge WWE buff (whatever the term is). :P
