The 21 Stages from 1 Subscriber to 1 Million

I'm at stage 15. What stage are you in and how far do you think you can go?

I'm currently on stage 5, I'm hoping to make it to at least stage 14.
 
I'm on stage 9 i'm about half way to stage 10 but i've been stuck with 350 subs for months now the number just doesn't grow past 350-357 I'm stuck and can't figure out how to get my audience to grow but I'll keep working on my videos and hopefully soon i'll be at stage 10 :D
 
Yes! I finally reached stage 9! 256 subscribers! It took a while (almost 8 months!!!). But at least it took less time than getting those first 128 subscribers, which took over a year.
 
This is such a great way to look at building your channel. I am only on stage 2 at the moment, but this has given me lots of positivity to grow!
 
Awesome post! Simple but meaningful. Your mentor definitely has the right idea. Accomplishing small goals along the way not only is more motivating, but also allows one to better reflect on their growth.

Stage 5 for me. Doubt I’ll get much farther, but I’m glad to be impacting those 25 subscribers in one way or another
 
I’m stuck on stage 12, can’t figure out how to move up from here.

I make drum covers, I’m all ears to constructive criticism.
