That Juice Network Opinions

They just posted their contract earlier today on http://thatjuice.com/terms At first glance, it seems to be an 80% contract with a 3 month lock in. Forela is not mentioned in the contract what so ever, but I would trust that Shane is right. My only problem is that they try to make people sign the contract before they are even accepted. That is ridiculous in my opinion.
Definitely under Forela, I saw the company name on the terms page a couple of hours ago. :)

I am with @Gabriel on this, I definitely saw a Forela Contract. They must have changed it in the last hour or so.

Yup after looking a bit closer, it is definitely a Forela contract with a few things changed. It is slightly better than the base Forela contract they usually use, but it is the same contract. :)

If it truly changed, I hope Forela knows about it because it would be a huge backlash if they didn't. Also I found this screenshot on twitter before they switched the terms (ignore the highlighted, the guy's twitter was "exposing" their lies):

That is very interesting, because they have changed it to 80% paid by That Juice (instead of Forela), however if you look at Forela's contract on their website, it is almost identical. I do wonder if Forela was informed of this change, and if they approved it. They have also changed their apply form every time I have clicked on it. I applied a day ago just to see what it was about, and I had to put in a lot more information. I did not have to accept their terms to apply however. They Tweeted me saying I was accepted, which I see as very unprofessional. Now all they ask for is your channel, so I don't know how they plan to even contact people. They never ask for an email address...

If you did not know, DJ Keemstar is starting a new gaming network called That Juice Network. He claims he has started this new network because he feels that gamers are getting bad deals with the major networks in the community. This all seems great, but he has yet to release any information as to what MCN they will be operating under (or if they have their own), what benefits they will have, etc. Also, I thought Keemstar was banned from operating MCNs a few years ago when he got in trouble for selling partnerships for $50 when they were still hard to come by. Does anyone have any information as to what MCN they are operating under and what are your opinions about the new network? According to Twitter, they have signed a few fairly large channels (couple thousand+ subs) already, so there has to be some incentives. Here is the website also, but they are not releasing anything on it until tomorrow.
Seeing as how there isn't a contract and the terms on the website aren't legally even remotely close to a contract I'd say you get what you get.

It's strange because Forela provides their VN's with an application page they need to use. I can't understand why they don't use it.

Can you quote the part which explains the term length, preamble definitions / terms, R & W, and indemnification? For some reason I can't find it.
Here on after all parties agree to:

Revenue Sharing: You will be granted a share of 80% in Revenue received by us solely in connection with
Your Channels.
This agreement is valid for a 3 month period from the point of That Juice’s approval.
Honestly, I can't take a network called "That Juice" seriously.
