Supercuts (Combining Smaller Videos into a Larger One) Advice Needed - Worth It?

So I have a kid's channel and we have a bunch of similar 2-minute videos (Toddlers at a Table Drinking Milkshakes) that I'm considering consolidating into a few supercut videos of about 10-15 minutes in length.

My question... Does YouTube frown on multiple videos with the same content? Are there advantages/disadvantages of editing supercuts (or multiple videos into a larger one) while keeping the smaller ones up?

I don't think YouTube really frowns upon what you're describing. Look at how successful compilation videos are. Look at how well ten hour loop videos of songs do. Honestly, it can only really help your channel, because it's boosting watch time. The only disadvantage I can see are your viewers potentially getting ticked off that you're repeating content, but you know your fanbase more than anyone to make the judgement there.
