Suggestion on how to gain Subs and Views

Well I have stuck around 80+ subs for quite a while now. Can anyone give me tips or suggestion on what I should improve and what I can do to rake in the subs and views.

Try asking your subscribers on videos they would like to see on the channel. That way your current audience stays positive, and will raise the odds of drawing more attention towards your channel.

To add on that, some graphic subscribe image that appears from time to time reminding the viewers still watching to sub.

Youtube SEO will also bring in those who are interested specifically on what you produce...which will increase the likely hood that after watching your videos they will sub
