Subs or Views?

I'd say views as long as they go up over time. Unlike a magazine or newspaper sub a YouTube sub doesn't really automatically give you anything. They don't have to view your new videos. Of course having more subs is awesome because ideally they are your loyal viewer base but most likely views are what you are looking for in the end.
 
Views is the only thing that counts. The amount of subs a channel has, has no relevance on the views you get.
 
I have been thinking about this recently. My videos get more views than subs (36 subs) like the video I put up last week has 78 views but I post it on google + and notice that some people would rather follow on Google+ to find my videos than subscribe as I have noticed this week especially. I have always had it in my head that subscribers are what you want, but it is sometimes not the case ( i suppose... I'm still not sure)

Wow with all the hate towards G+ as Google seems to keep integrating G+ to YouTube in some way, shape or form. Im surprised to know that some in the world uses G+.

I personally don't hate it but I find it annoying. I used to just check my youtube messages on YT.
Now I mostly don't even get where they are. Also, a friend of mine who has subscribed my channel sees all the comments
I write even though I uncheck the box that allows the comment to be published in Google+.
Now I don't feel like commenting anymore knowing that all my subs will read each comment, to name a few reasons.
 
I prefer views and comments, but hopefully after they watched it, they will sub me :P
I just need to be patient ._.
