I think it depends how unique the idea was for example something as trivial as playing a game can't be considered copying just because someone else did. but if it were something really unique i'd be annoyed but there's not much you can actually do about it

I have quite a few people who copy my style and presentation. Some even copy my titles and themes. There isn't anything that can be done about that. If I address it, I could wind up looking bad. I just let it go and let the public decide that the others are imposters. I have 30X the subs and 100X the views so I would rather focus on other issues.

It was the video that's in my sig, I've seen other videos on word play with products and stuff from people like vitaly but no one had done it with this drink. Either way what's done is done and I have a lot more up my sleeve so ill keep doing what I do because not many people will have the minerals to do what I do

Ya know what I hate - the hordes of Pewdiepie and <insert other big Youtuber here> fans that spam videos with "SO AND SO DID THIS FIRST"... Ideas are free *******. Just because 1 person posts a video of them playing through <INSERT GAME HERE> doesn't mean they've got a corner on the market?! I do wish people would stop acting retarded and thinking its funny - mental illness is not funny, friends.

As far as your situation goes, that sucks dude. Enjoy dispensing your street justice. Make sure to record it, blur out faces, and monetize it. Make money x 2 off the situation.

Yeah the big youtubers do really have idiotic fans, the amount of times they will comment saying how original their videos are and bashing others saying their favourite youtuber did it first. When a lot of the big youtubers steal ideas from left right and centre.

Ah well at the moment I'm not bothered about money at all, I've got a feeling quite a few of my videos will go un monetized just because I will be held back on my content for legal reasons if I aim to make money off it
