Tbh you are not going to have any luck establishing an MCN unless you know someone in YouTube who has the authority to set one up. Even then, it is quite tricky and long.
As for content id, you need to own the rights to quite a lot of material before they allow you to register

Thanks for the reply. Actually my problem is, I uploaded some TV shows which are in the grey zone (are not uploaded or claimed by anyone). I received some revenue out of them. But just a few days ago, a company, who has content ID, claimed some of my videos and I am pretty sure that they do not own these videos either. However they claimed the worldwide copyright of these videos. Do you maybe have an idea how to report abuse of content ID in this case?

They were the first to claim the content, if the company that actually owns the content doesn't contest this conent ID claim nothing will happen. For now you've lost the copyrights, but you'll still get your payout.

okk, then that sucks : ( The big player gets all the benefits. I really need content ID too to fight against them.

Next time you're aware of your video not being claimed yet, claim it yourself.

Not a grey zone, even if they aren't uploaded etc they're still owned by someone. Unless they are public domain.
