Stalemate

I have been stuck for months now and even lose a subscriber so now and then, I just continue and try to get a few special videos here and there.
 
I think it's important to work through the lulls and find ways to improve (where possible) to make your content as strong as possible. They are disheartening but every day is a new chance for the tide to turn.
 
I've been stuck on my sub count for 4.5 weeks now. I was previously gaining approx 1 per week on average I think, but have been stuck on 51 for so long.

I'm just trying to push through and hope December is a better month.

This is the right advice, of course. The one stat I would still pay attention to is the retention of the views you do get. You should always be evaluating the quality of your content.
