I've Got It
Ive been at my stalemate subscriber number for a bout 2.5 weeks now.
ive uploaded a couple of new videos, got a good number of views over the past few weeks.
I dont know what to do really apart from keep uploading and hoping it goes up a bit, i dont kno why but ive randomly lost 2 as well.
its quite disheartening for a smaller channel.
Has anyone else had this before ? how did you sort it ?

Your videos are of better quality than mine, so no worries! The subs are on a stalemate every once in a while, as long as you get the views, then it´s fine!

thanks dude, it still winds me up haha, just really down motivates me sometimes, then toher times motivates me to make more
 
Sometimes I go through periods of time where I am not gaining any subs for awhile, but I just keep doing my thing and eventually it gets back to gaining subs. I would normally suggest to people to try and evaluate how their channel looks, but I looked at yours briefly and it looks nice. So really just keep doing your thing, and maybe try new ways of promoting maybe?
 
lol well I've been through two youtube channels, this is the second one, over a three year period. I've never been over 80 subs. So you will be fine if it's been a few weeks just keep trying, that's what I say. But three years... idk maybe it doesn't work. Sorry kind of a pointless post
 
I like the look of your channel. The biggest thin I noticed is that your gameplay has some dead space. Try to edit out the loading screens/segments where little action is taking place. this might help with keepin viewers in your video. I'm not a pro at editing, but it makes a world of difference.

ahhh thankyou, i try and keep it looking minimalist and tidy haha :) hopefully i start climbing again

ahh thanks bro, ill do just that on my next one, got a couple more gameplay videos to upload yet :)
