Stagnating

Hi Guys,

I am finding that generally regarding views and subscribers that channel has become a little stagnant, and honestly it has made Youtube become a bit of a lower priority for me (seeing my blog and career grow, whilst Youtube stays the same). Any tips for getting a small channel growing a bit, I imagine lots of people have felt like this and come through the other side, perhaps I need a kick up the backside and just keep going with it, I haven't been making videos for a long time, and I do think mine are improving, but it would be interesting to hear any other stagnation stories!

I guess I would see how to get my videos in front of more people. If your blog is taking off but not the channel, could you find more ways to connect them?

Also, playing around with the ways in which I could ramp up my channel. So maybe posting a bit more often, or adjusting thumbnails and descriptions, using better tags, etc. Getting involved in more places where you could upload and share your videos and such.
