Someone Re Uploaded my Video on his Channel :(

Thanks Beth, they removed it within an hour :)
the videos he uploaded were featuring for few highly competitive keywords in my language, which is spoken by 900 Million people ;)[DOUBLEPOST=1371136721,1371136647][/DOUBLEPOST]

I was happy, and Really took it as a compliment, what I didn't want is, that he has the same Title for the Video... :( .... and in the description,, he took people to a scam site :([DOUBLEPOST=1371136908][/DOUBLEPOST]

The problem is, he can't even understand the language that I spoke in the language, he was only interested in the fact that this Video of mine is a Featured video by Youtube for those keywords, because of it's high Audience retention....
This video out of 22 videos, alone gets me 30% of the Unique Cookies to my channel..... so in a way that was a good video...

I certainly would not have flagged it, if he did not use the same 'Title' and took people to a scam site in the description..... in the longer run, I might be associated with the sscam site :(
