Someone Re Uploaded my Video on his Channel :(

One guy has just re-uploaded my video on his channel without any changes, and with the same Keyword and Title

I flagged that video as Copyright Infringement.... just moments ago, and submitted a complaint.

Why would someone do that? And what are the repercussions if any, I mean, can they bully us, in some way? I don't know, how to react?

I guess they thought your video was good; who knows? For whatever reason though, that is stealing what you made and uploaded. Flag it--as I see you've done.

As for bullying, I mean, I suppose they could retaliate then complain and troll that you flagged them but they aren't supposed to steal videos and upload it as their own anyway. They have no ground for legal retaliation (assuming you are the original uploader and owner of the video content).

Just sit back and wait for Youtube to take action.

but one question tho. How is youtube gonna handle that problem? Would they just block that channel or would they delete that video on that persons channel ? Just curious

I have filed copyright claims against several channels these past two weeks. Two of the channels were shut down for multiple copyright violations.

They might have gotten notices on the videos that I had removed because it says "because of a copyright claim by racegrooves".

I can't worry about repercussions. I have to protect my copyrights.

Someone done it with my intro and put a download link saying he had the C4D file etc which was a load of rubbish! The site he put it on was a survey site where he makes money I sent a DMCA to YouTube 20 seconds later it was taking down!

He has uploaded 960 Videos on Forex Trading, and most of them are the videos, which figures in first page for good keywords. I have 3 videos, which are number one or two for two very good keywords...[DOUBLEPOST=1371120681,1371120609][/DOUBLEPOST]
