So...New Logo. Thoughts?

While it was informative, this is going to be going further than YouTube and truly needs to be marketable. I think both have flaws depending on the intended market.

Yeah, I mean it's not bad at all! And I can definitely see it being more successful as a logo for your brand.
Maybe it's because I can see the S and the T, but then I'm not sure if you're trying to make a d or if the reflection is just part of the design?

The reflection is just part of the design. An abstract logotype design. As for the D, there isn't one. The initials S, T and D don't bode too well together.

Hahaha, I saw that you mentioned it earlier and I didn't know if you were trying to keep it in this one or what. But yeah, makes sense.

Haha yeah see my last name is SUPER long, and others go by Sam already. So that would leave the abbreviation. And I think putting STD would look a tad sketchy lol

Haha I love it, very Italian. But super hard for people to say (No clue why, it's toe-ch-l-e, pretty simple, just like it looks) and also very annoying when filling out forms that make me bubble things in.

My last names all over the place too... It's the one time I wish my name was something short like my friend's--Ng.

i think you should choose the same colors but brighter so it doesnt appear so dull

I actually tried that out, but it made the gradient far less obvious

like the inside lines white and the inner dark blue plain blue then just have the gradient a sky blue at one end and a bit darker sky blue towards the other end just my opinion though do what you like.
