Shoutouts help?

Hey guys

I've always thought that Youtube was a place where helping one another was really the key to succes. I started doing shoutouts about like a montha go. What happends is once a month, i shout a subscriber out, someone who deserves more subs, more views, just over all more followers! I believe it's an awesome thing to do, put someone else in the spotlight!

What do you guys think?

I collab with some of my friends but never with other youtubers, distance is hard
