Should I continue Youtube? Or not?

Yes sometimes I ask myself, is this even going anywhere, should I just do something else with my time instead. But think about it. Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Making a living out of youtube would be pretty **** awesome. There's a reason why so many people say "never give up".

I am sure that everyone who started a Youtube channel, asks himself this question. "Should I keep my Youtube channel?" It is usually because they put a lot of effort but they do not see the growth they expect, or because they can't put in enough effort.

Personally, I have found myself rebounding all over the place with this question. One day I feel sad and that my channel is no going anywhere and that I am wasting my time. The other day I feel like I will be the new Pewdiepie of Youtube. And some other days I don't even think about the question.

So what do you think about this? Do you ask yourself this question? How do you react with it?

Hi mate, I think you should go with what your heart tells you to do. If YouTube is something you really want to do then do it. Before you become successful in something there will be ups and downs. Just do the best of your ability and see what happens. If you're having fun that's the only thing that matters. I hope this helps :)

If reality is telling you that your channel is not currently at the level you want it at, then you have to start asking yourself better questions like:
1. How can make my video content better?
2. How can I better market my channel to reach more audience without breaking an arm or a leg?
3. How can make my videos stand out from the rest?
4. How can I get more subscribers?
5. What steps must I take to get more viewers?

I do ask myself those questions daily. I have came to peace with my content xD I personally think that it is way better than before, but I am now focusing on making my marketing and SEO better. My main goal is reaching a bigger audience and keeping a consistent schedule.

Too many people are doing this for success. I tube because it's fun as hell and I'm having a grand time getting involved in the different communities.

I want to make videos like I'm making them for my friends to watch. Silly stupid things that I enjoy to watch and want to share with others. I don't need a million friends. I need a few good ones who I can just hang with. That's one of the funner things about this site. I really feel like I can just let my hair down and shoot the wind with people who are doing the same hobby that I've picked up.

Not saying trying to say that you shouldn't try to be successful and be the best you can (and all that other junk~), but I think this stuff should be a craft to be honed, a hobby that you enjoy, a rewarding experience where you can say "look at this, I made this!" Even if you don't make a legion of bros...you might make some good friends~ (Hnnngggg so sappy it hurts!)

Man I feel you more than words could ever explain!! Ahhhhh, just wish there was something to point me in the rite direction! I know i could be successful. LOL soo many emotions!!

Hahaha, bro just continue, don't worry about beating PewDiePie xD
Just do your own thing, and eventually you'll gain your goal. TRUST ME!

It's always better to love the process more than the results. People who love the process are more likely to stick with it, and thus more likely to succeed, but even if their videos don't perform well, they're still having a good time and learning while making them.
