Should all of my thumbnails look the same to keep consistency with branding?

So general consensus is, keep them different but similar style (not exactly the same) if they are series. Thinking about it, it seems as if it were more obvious than I thought lol Thanks all!!! :D
 
I keep mine the same font style/size/placement but different colors and backgrounds. It subtly indicates it's the same channel :)
