SCREENFLOW WON'T TURN OFF

What version of ScreenFlow do you have ? It may be an old one, that has a bug.

Nope. Version 4.0 (i'm pretty sure)

There's no footage to copy or paste! I've googled it and they all say that they have two monitors and to turn off time machine..

It may not delete the footage. Have you tried stopping it in task manager

Of course it'll delete the footage, you're stopping the application halfway through a recording!!!
