Here's an article talking about how Sam is no longer a YouTube partner.

@BookOfKen there is tons of proof.

Here are some Facebook messages and they are dated in the past. The thing with all the Facebook messages I've seen is the dates on them aren't today or last week, they match the day the victim gave: http://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanhatesthis/woman-accuses-youtube-star-sam-pepper-of-rape#11xmifg

Another girl has proof: youtube.com/watch?v=L_zhyr3yctE and proof to go with it: http://sampepperisshit.tumblr.com/ and http://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanhatesth...-police-she-was-raped-by-youtube-cele#11xmifg She is anonymous. Which makes think that if the girls aren't faking it is would be a lot of effort to Photoshop and make up a whole story that they aren't doing for the attention.

Another girl, not rape but still bad www.youtube/watch?v=BA9ZNlQdxaE and proof: www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQw-SgrsYFw

Accused of asking for nudes with proof: http://www.buzzfeed.com/ryanhatesth...-accused-of-soliciting-nude-photos-fr#11xmifg

Another confession: www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vIh2-q0NTswith proof: http://anonsurvior111.tumblr.com/post/98389247384/before-you-tell-me-im-lying and http://anonsurvior111.tumblr.com/post/98516403689

A facbook convo with Sam: https://twitter.com/angelina_heart/status/516856896787988480

It just seems like this is just too much information to fake. And this took me ten minutes to find. I'm sure there is more out there.

But here is a fake rape accusation: www.youtube.com/watch?v=fwlJnbFXJH4

You just gotta admit you have no literal proof and can't 100% say they are telling the truth haha. i'm not supporting anyone, just keeping it 100% true to the possibilities

You're clearly supporting Sam by victim blaming, though. Contrary to what you believe, your compulsion to "assume the victim is lying" does nothing to protect the wrongly-accused but instead serves to vilify and demean the victim - lessening the likelihood that genuine victims will step forward and remove responsibility from the alleged perpetrator.

I'm not just coming down on you, as you're not the only person with this mindset, but it's worth taking notice of. It's pretty frightening to know people are still thinking this way in 2014.

Unless all these victims press charges, it's all internet b******t.
Anyone did that? As far as I know, NO.
But I could be wrong.

It looks like he raped a lot of girls. How come ALL these girls are coming out now.
ALL of them. Not a single one had the balls to report him?
If someone rapes more than 1 person, there is a good chance that at least one of them will report it.

And those facebook and skype logs are not enough.
Even the medical report is not enough. I can make you one right now. Just tell me what injury you want there.

As a person that was accused of rape once, as a person that "knocked up" something like 10 girls ( all b******t ), I don't believe anyone unless they report it to the authorities.

******* are crazy.

I'm not trying to defend Sam Pepper.
I don't care.
But false rape accusations are just as common as rapes.
And unless you report it, it's just a story you can tell to the internet.
For me it has no value.

That's what I've been saying all along and that's why I think making the videos that they made were pointless and if their story is inconsistent in court it could cause issues. That's one of the problems in society today not just in this situation, but in general. Obama could become a dictator and people will go to Twitter before they even think to go to Washington to protest. People don't take action anymore because they feel that social media has a greater influence on their lives which couldn't be further from the truth.

That's how these things usually work unfortunately. Talk to a police officer in your town or a lawyer or prosecutor, even, and ask them. There's usually a factor of intimidation from the accused in the form of, "If you say something I'll..." or some other fear involved. There is safety in numbers, and that's why when one person comes forward other people follow suit because they know they're not alone. That's exactly what happened with the victims of Jerry Sandusky.

Nobody is right or wrong, either the accusers or the accused. Regardless, the way it works is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. It's not that you are a liar until proven to be telling the truth. Anyone who commits a crime in this situation, whether it's rape or sexual assault or defamation of character or slander or falsification of a police report, will have their day in court and if they're guilty, then that's that. We just won't know until litigation.

The thing is, if all these accusations are false, they ruined this guy's life.
Ok, he is a ******** and I personally don't enjoy his content. But there is a huge difference between a ******** and a rapist.
It looks like it's confirmed. He got removed from the Youtube's partner program.
He pretty much lost his job.
For what?
For some Internet b******t?
Because I repeat, unless there are legal actions involved, it's just blah blah.

I'm not saying these victims are bullshitting. I'm just saying that you have to report it in order to make it relevant.
If you don't, it's just blah blah.

Well, there is a difference between Pepper and Sandusky.
Mainly in his victims.
Now, I might be wrong because I know very little about the subject, but IIRC, Sandusky's victims were really young boys.
10-12 years old boys.
Those are just kids. They don't know how bad is the situation and they are a lot more afraid of what could happen.
Let's put it this way, a 12 years old kid has less "balls" compared to a 16-18-20 years old girl.

And I know the situation. A really close friend of mine got raped 2 years ago.
But she reported it.
And it was her boss to rape her.
The fear of losing her job and not being able to find another job was huge.
But she reported it and then she told us.

The thing is, everyday there is a new girl raped by Sam Pepper.
Are you really trying to tell me that not a single one of them thought about reporting it to the authorities?
IMHO, you either act or shut up.
What's the point of making a video called "Sam Pepper Raped Me" and then you don't do anything about it.
What I'm trying to say is, enough with the blah blah and start doing s**t.
If he really raped you, well, he'll go to jail and he'll deserve it.

There is a chance that these girls slept with Sam Pepper, they were expecting more, they didn't get it and they got mad.
It's a possibility.
Also, there is a chance that some people make videos just to get attention and get some views/subscribers.

Like the guy from this forum that made a petition to close Pepper's channel.
It's none of your business. Why would you make a petition like that?
And then he was like "I'm getting hate. Why?".

So yeah.
I'm not saying these victims are bullshitting.
I'm just saying that they should act first and then make videos and tweet about their stories.

I didn't assume I just said you have to consider the facts lol. When did I ever say I'm supporting him. I'm just saying the clear obvious that anything on the internet IS NOT fact. Let me say this one more time....

ALRIGHT everyone this guy i'm quoting raped me 1 year ago. I have picture and email proof I can show you...

if people started to back me up would you be upset? Being naive doesn't help. Being equally open to both sides, and understand someone could be lying or be telling the truth.
