Tech channels are always #1 for CPMs. They get all the Apple, and Anroid Ads that get high click rate because majority people like to click on them.

Insurance ads are almost always the highest paying.

Would greatly depend on the channel category. Some only need 10 million views while others need 100 million views. Also depends on if with adsense or network.

I would advise to make as many videos as possible and advertise your channel on social media. But that alone is not the key to making a lot of money. Your MCN also plays a key role in this, especially if they promote you and help you grow.
