Hi guys,
I need some help. I started my channel over a year ago and have been uploading pretty frequently. I have good content(or so I think so) and I have quality thumbnails. I also have branding and have even advertised for my channel using YouTube advertising and Facebook advertising. Lately, growth has been stagnate. I want to try to start getting more subscribers and faster to try and "snowball" growth.
I currently do the channel with my brother and most of it is us two. I also do some gaming with my friends and then some by myself and some of my brother by himself, which ends up making a fairly diverse channel(seems like a good thing). I also try to play a variety of games and put in editing effort, and lately have been doing more.
I just finished rebranding the channel with a new intro/outro and a new website (http://flamingfishgaming.com) so if you could also let me know what you think of those that would be great. I have been putting in much more time lately as I want to try and get my channel off the ground but I feel like something is still holding me back - just not sure what. I was very busy for a while and wasn't able to upload for some time. I am trying a new style of editing so please let me know what you think of that as well.
