Replying comments.

And I watch most of the channels because I'm interested more in person who makes video then actual videos. That's why this conversations are very important for me as a viewer. They are simply building sort of relations.

That's exactly how I feel! It's all about getting to know the other person better for me... I fee there is some kind of bond between us and I do follow alot of channel for the personality of the person more than their content!!
 
I try to reply to all the comments, but sometimes I do not know what to reply. Like if someone says: Cool! Then what? Thank you?

Sometimes it's hard to find a nice answer :D
 
I believe interacting with your viewers is one of the most important thing. It shows that you dont just care about getting views but it also matters to hear feedback from people.
 
Absolutely. Hell that's why big YT'ers do "reading your comments" videos or have things where if you use a certain hashtag on Twitter they'll involve your tweets in the videos. A huge appeal of YouTube is that it's more than just watching someone on a screen, you're getting involved.

I watch most of my favourite channels simply because I like the personality of the person. Gamers channels can be great, without fancy editing getting in the way, if the person is just entertaining throughout. And a few of the vlog channels, they keep you interested no matter what they're talking about! ;)
 
If the comment involves a question, or something that can be compared to a question, I try to answer it. In otger cases, I take advantage of it to share some trivia about the topics of the video. What matters, is replying in a clever way.

Yes you should always reply to every comments. You need to engage with your audience and socialize with them.
