Real question about Networks.

Rumble now accepts all videos (but distribution will be limited based on quality) :)
Ofcourse, but that is exactly why I won't contact you guys myself, but only work with you when you have shown a specific interest in a certain video. That way I know I will get an effort from your part. Istead of just giving up 40/30/20% of what I would have made without signing over the video. :)

They have always contacted me for this, but you can apply yourself if you want to. Some of these companies are: Break, Rumble, Storyful, Jukin Media... But they only work with videos that have the potential to go viral.
I have made a lot of money with Rumble... You also do pet videos which are always in high demand so I'm not surprised they have found you. I'm thinking of leaving Fullscreen and trying Rumble video managment, I know somebody who does Dalmatian & foster kitten videos, she says she makes a TON with that option.

I'm staying away from any networks at the moment. Licensing singular videos holds much less risk and I am still free to do whatever I want with my channel/other videos.

Yeah don't join a network unless they will benefit you. Fullscreen has p****d me off lately with the Audiomicro 3rd party claims, neither company knows how to resolve this issue. Being that the main reason I joined was for the huge audio libraries, there is no reason to stay if I can't actually use their music.[DOUBLEPOST=1441118233,1441117603][/DOUBLEPOST]

THESE FUCKERS! I got ANOTHER claim today, I just put in my official release notice, I'm so sick of fighting these stupid claims. I told them I want to be released before my contract is up since they are breaching their agreement. Hopefully I can be released in the next day or two

Small question, can you keep the audio if you leave their network?

They said no, and the way it looks I can't even use the audio while I'm still with them half the time! I'll just need to find a new source or create my own music
So if you join a network for the music library, you can never leave them afterwards or you need to change all of your videos? :p smart move from their part (unless their system doesn't work, like in your case ofcourse...)

Yeah I'll have to change my music. On older videos I'll just swap with stuff from the YouTube library. Newer videos I might just pull off of YouTube and run through my editing program

Why so many small channels want to get in a Network? Youtubers nowdays don't need network to monetize, there are so many places for free music for videos and there are forums like this to collab and find new friends.

I really don't understand it. Its not like Networks ever promote small channels, they just focus on the bigger ones.
It really depends on the network in question.

It is very presumptuous to say that all networks fail to promote small channels, as there are hundreds of MCNs out there,
all with their own unique way of managing their channels. I'm with Acifin Network myself, a network specifically tailored to
small YouTubers, and they've provided me a ton of promotional tools I've not been able to get elsewhere, and I plan to soon
join Optimize Group, a media group offering YouTube partnerships that include professional promotional tools like Epoxy
for free to partners, as well as free webhosting.

I agree that networks need to provide some promotional support to partners, since that's part of their job,
but you're making a blanket statement about all networks when not all of them have the problems you're discussing.

Well one of the reason I joined a network was so I could get paid. With adsense you need to accumulate $100 before getting paid and with most networks there in no minimum so I'll still get paid every month even if I only make $1. They also offer communities where you can talk with other youtubers and collaborate. Most networks have music deals so you can get some free music so use in your videos with them and some have sponsorships for the larger channels. Also it's not really feasible for a network to promote all the smaller channels because there are simply too many to sponsor everyone so it would make sense to promote the bigger ones.
