Promoting at school?

Hey!
I'll be going back to college in about 2-3 weeks and I was thinking of ways to promote my channel around campus. Other than attending activities and clubs that fall in my niche I was thinking of making some fliers about the size of an index card. The school allows me to print about 21+ pages a week and I was thinking of printing out fliers at the end of each week with the extra pages I have. I'll probably divide them into 4 or 6 and print double sided.

What do you guys think of this?
What should I write on them?
Where should I place them? cafeteria tables, under computer keyboards (shouldn't really be putting them in the computer labs lol), clubs/activities that have to do with my niche, maybe library
Adding to pollution don't be that guy?
No one likes annoying fliers?
Gives a bad rep?
What are other ways to promote your channel on campus?

I would say no. To risky of getting in trouble. College is way more important.

I just don't see it being that effective either. You really got to narrow down who your audience is. I don't think random college kids is really your niche audience. You may find a couple that like your content. But my point is to really focus on people that would really like your channel.

Now if you do this same methods lets say at a gaming event, I think you would find more success. Personally putting your card or flier in their hand would help your chance of them going to your channel and checking you out so much more!
