Positives of the new channel design? I can think of two.

My favourite is having subscriptions on the left when viewing your channel, I am way more inclined to watch others videos with them being there all the time, they're much more accessible and I am sure others will use it the same.

1. The channel trailer I think is a sweet idea. I already noticed a slight uptick in the rate of new subscribers.
2. With the channel branding (banners) gone and the channel art available to everyone it seems like it levels the playing field for smaller channels because the old branding gave a channel credibility in a way. So people's perceptions of the channel are no longer influenced by branding but by the content.

What do you guys think?

I have to agree aswell, I like the fact that everyone now can have a banner therefore it makes it look professional and i don't know makes me feel like a partner but i'm not. Just gives people that special feeling that they're used to seeing on celeb YouTubes.

2> It allows you to be totally creative and show people in a short amount of time who you are and what you do. It doesn't have restrictions
