I'm glad I could help. Most of it isn't YouTube's rules. They are following the United States copyright laws so they don't get in trouble themselves.

my channel have 16,542 subscribers and 3 million views
and i have 2 strikes already
i tell him this all information and he is insist to buy it
what you think should i sell it with that price ?
 
I don’t know what price it is worth to you, but if you are already wanting to sell it and someone is offering that much, I’d sell it unless I was making that much from ads on the channel.
 
lifetime revenue of my channel is 350 usd
with 100 usd to 200 usd monthly
my channel growth just lately
so im confuse if i sell it .. he can earn from my videos more than the price he will buy it in just maybe 5 months ..and should i change my email and delete channel videos or some of them maybe ?
and i'm forced to sell it cause the strikes and s****y YouTube system ..u will get shocked if u know how i get the second strike ..i cant believe this is real
i think i will sell it today or tomorrow i'm done

No, you didn't bother me. I just didn't have anything to add after my last reply and it sounds like you decided to sell it anyway. I wouldn't sell my channel for 5 months worth of revenue, but that's just me. My channel also doesn't bring me stress like yours does to you.

look bro my channel is created in 2014 and get popular just this last 5 months i was have 300 subscribers before that time and now 17 k so i was not making money till this late months ans i have lifetime revenue 350 usd and i check last month i make 200 usd and still grow... so my questions :
1- when i buy my channel should i give him my gmail ? cause its important to me and is connected with Facebook and many sites ...i want to change it to another gmail and give it to him
2- i didn't get my money from ad-sense yet cause pin code still not come ...so what happen to my money ( 350 usd ) should i separate my YouTube account from my ad-sense and than he can connect his gmail and ad-sense without problem is that possible ? and i can stiil have that money ?
3- my Paypal account is not activated with card if he send the money to my Paypal account did the money received normal ? and is he can send the money from his Paypal to my payoneer account or not ?
4 - why i cant active my Paypal account with master card or connect it with payooner account ? maybe cause i have 0 usd in both of them (master card + payoneer ) and i must have money in the account to active Paypal ?
5 - my channel have 40 videos should i let all the videos or delete some of them before i buy it ? cause there is videos have personal relation to me
6 - i want download all my videos and start another channel with different name and upload this videos ..but i think this is not fair to him what u think ?
7- channel with 17k subscribers and 2 strikes ... is 2000 usd good price for it and if you was in my situation u will sell it ?

  1. I don't think you should give someone your Gmail account. I'm not sure how selling YouTube channels works. You should look up the common ways people sell channels.
  2. I've never tried transferring Adsense from one Gmail account to another, so I'm not sure how that works. I also don't remember the process for verifying Adsense, nor how long a PIN normally takes to arrive. I would hold off on any transferring until you get your money from it.
  3. I never used a PayPal card before, so I'm not familiar with that process. Sorry.
  4. I'm also not familiar with Payooner.
  5. Since the other person is buying your channel, you should ask them how they feel about any changes to it.
  6. If you want to download your videos and start another channel, that is up to you. Are you selling the rights to the videos? As far as starting a new channel with them, how do you know you won't end up in the same situation as you are now? I would also check with the buyer to see how they feel about it. This decision is between you and them.
  7. If I was in your situation, I would not sell it. My channel has 2 strikes about as often as it has 0, so having 2 strikes certainly wouldn't cause me to sell it. Even if I was going to sell it, I wouldn't do so for 10 times what I made last month. But that's because I love my channel. I think you need to decide how much it is worth to you and what you'd be happy selling it for.
You're at least 100 times as good at English as I am at any other language.

the problem is i want to sell it cause this channel who report me stalk me so i make many videos to private afraid to get false strike again cause YouTube system go to s**t ... so now i'm not get money like i was before and till when i have keep hiding those videos ? forever ? i can't ...my channel dying if i make those popular videos to public i will get at least one strike i know cause YouTube become hell believe me
i think i must buy it with that price and make new one and start over...there is still solution is to talk with that channel and make his videos back and he do that with mine but my dignity and my pride refuse accept to talk with that kind of people
and even he accept my offer and he retract all his strikes and so i do ...who can tell maybe he will trick me and give me 3 strikes at once and my channel terminated (btw is that possible ? to retract your claim about video than you back another time submit claim about the same video ? does YouTube accept that again) ..and this dude has many friends channel who will do that with him ....
